Whether it’s some new tech device, a check-in kiosk at an airport or really great customer service at a store, I have deep respect, appreciation and connection with the experience that makes them successful. Great design is about people and how they connect through products and services. But, what makes a great product or service? It’s the talented people and teams creating them and designing every aspect of the customer’s experience. It’s their drive, care and accuracy throughout the project’s lifecycle that shows respect for the customer.

I have created unique products and services that satisfy peoples physical and emotional needs and increasingly for their intellect. I strive to empower, inform or improve people’s lives, often in profound ways, and often in ways that are quite small and go unnoticed. These products merge all these design principles into something that is trustworthy, meaningful and deliberate. Simply, it’s part of who I am as a person and the values I live by.
