As Associate Creative Director, I worked closely with the design, UX and development teams to redesign The Ladders UK recruiter website. The client wanted the website to provide for their current and new recruiters a more customized solution designed to meet their unique hiring needs. This included more intelligent candidate search tools, more intuitive and easy to post jobs and advertising. Also, a dedicated point of contact to assist recruiters with all their needs.
